VNS Health Personal Care uses a software called HHAeXchange (HHAx) for clocking in and clocking out of client visits.

What Are the Benefits of HHAx?

1. Automatically captures time, date, and location of services
2. Eliminates the need to use the client’s telephone
3. Eliminates the need for paper task code sheet
4. Reduces processing time, accurate paychecks

Reminder About Clocking In and Out! The only acceptable ways to clock in and out are either with the HHAx app or by using the client’s phone to call. If you currently use the HHAx app with another agency, please call or email your supervisor, and provide them with your 7 digit HHAx mobile application number (if no answer/leave your name, ID#, and the 7 digit HHAx mobile app number in the message), or email us the same information at [email protected]. We strongly encourage the use of the mobile app.

• Please be sure that you have signed up for the app successfully. We strongly encourage the use of the mobile app.
• When registering for the app, you will receive a Mobile ID number. It is critical that you call your supervisor, provide them with the Mobile ID number, and complete your registration to the mobile application.
